Spring Bloom Cheeseboard

Ingredients

  • 1 package Rembrandt 6 Month Goat Gouda
  • 8 slices of Prosciutto di Parma, about 8 oz
  • 6 Baby Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Fresh Pea Pods
  • 1 cup Garden Red Radishes
  • 4 cups Tortilla Corn Chips
  • 1 cup Green Marinated Olives
  • 1 small jar Stoneground Mustard
  • 3 thin slices of Lemon
  • Cutting board, knives, spoons and small bowls

Instructions

  1. First, prep the ingredients by cubing the Rembrandt 6 Month Goat Gouda; wash, dry, and chop the peppers, pea pods, and radishes. Next, place the Rembrandt 6 Month Goat Gouda to the center of the board along with the cubed cheese pieces. Add the prosciutto followed by the small bowls containing the fresh pea pods, sliced peppers, and green olives garnished with thinly sliced lemon. Place the jar of mustard and fill in the gaps with the tortilla chips.

  2. This platter pairs beautifully with a glass of Albarino. Albarino is a white Spanish wine known for its bold acidity and citrusy flavor.
