Summer Farmer Market Cheeseboard

Ingredients

  • 1 package Rembrandt 6 Month Gouda
  • 1 pint Strawberries
  • 1 pint pint Raspberries
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 1 Peach (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Fig Jam
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 package Whole Grain Crackers
  • 6 slices Toasted Baguette sliced
  • Cutting board, Knife, and small Ramekin

Instructions

  1. Begin by rinsing the berries; slice the peach and baguette, and filling the ramekin with the fig jam. Place the Rembrandt 6 Month Gouda and the fig jam onto the cheeseboard. Next, sprinkle the berries throughout the platter; layer the crackers and baguette around the edges. Serve with a bowl of cashews.

  2. A full-bodied wine will stand up to the nutty flavors of the gouda; Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect match.
